THE CHEESE EXPERIENCE

The tour begins with a visit to our shop, where you can admire and learn about all our cheeses. Then, we will enter the workshop to witness the magic of cheesemaking, still performed by hand by our master cheesemakers.

You will have the opportunity to see the production of our burrata, scamorza, and mozzarella.

Next, we will move to our Cheesebar, located in a historic medieval setting dating back to the era of Frederick II of Swabia. Here, you will enjoy an authentic tasting experience: our cheeses will be served with the famous Altamura bread, a symbol of our community, paired with local wines.
